What is your Shipping Policy?
We offer shipping through UPS or Fedex. In some cases we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value.

What is your Return Policy?
We have a 7 day return policy. As long as your package is unopened and unaltered, you can receive a full refund. You must pay for shipping.

Do you ship Internationally?
At this time we only ship within the United States.

Can I cancel my Order?
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a full refund provided your order has not been shipped.


Where should I store my products?
Because UV rays from sunlight can slowly diminish the potency of the cannabinoids present in ZOOTS CBD products, we suggest storing the products in a cool, dark place like a cupboard or drawer. Refrigeration is not required.
